Privacy Policy

JE Technologies (Jattu Engineer Technologies), Karnal, Haryana, India (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have. Contact: JEtechnologies05@gmail.com.

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us through our contact form, website chat, newsletter or email — for example your name, company, email, phone number, city/country, project details, budget or timeline, preferred contact method and any file you choose to attach.
• Publicly posted business requirements. Our sales system reviews project requirements that businesses have posted publicly (for example on public job/project boards) through official APIs and feeds. We keep only business information contained in the public post, together with a link to where it was posted. We do not access private accounts, bypass logins or collect sensitive personal information.
• Correspondence — emails exchanged with us about a project.
• Website usage — essential local storage for your theme and cookie choice; analytics only with your consent.

2. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, discuss your requirement, prepare proposals and deliver projects.
• To contact businesses about requirements they have publicly posted. Every such email is reviewed by a person before it is sent and includes an unsubscribe link.
• To keep records of our business relationship and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.

3. AI processing

Where enabled, the text of an enquiry or a public requirement may be processed by our AI service provider to summarise it and identify the services needed. It is used only to provide that analysis to our team.

4. Google user data (Gmail)

Our internal sales system connects to our own business Gmail account through Google OAuth. It uses the Gmail permissions only to send emails our team has approved (replies, proposals, notifications) and to detect replies in conversations with our prospects and clients so that follow-ups stop when someone answers. Only messages that belong to those conversations are stored in the system; other mail is not imported. Gmail data is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not shared with third parties except the service providers needed to run the system.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google account’s security settings.

5. Service providers

We use trusted providers to operate our website and systems: website hosting (Netlify), application hosting (Render), database (Supabase), email (Google Workspace/Gmail), an AI model provider (Anthropic) and, as a fallback for the contact form, FormSubmit. They process data only on our behalf.

6. Your choices

• Unsubscribe — use the link in any of our emails, or reply “unsubscribe”. We add you to a do-not-contact list and never email you automatically again.
• Access, correction, deletion — email us and we will respond within a reasonable time, as provided under applicable law including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

7. Retention

Enquiry and project records are kept for as long as the business relationship needs them. Public requirements that we decide not to pursue are deleted automatically after about 60 days. Security logs are kept for up to two years.

8. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS, stored with access controls, and sensitive credentials (such as email connection tokens) are encrypted. Access to our systems is limited to authorised team members and every action is logged.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
