We work 09:00–19:00 IST (UTC+5:30). That is 4–5 hours overlap with the UK, 2–3 hours with the US East Coast morning, full overlap with Middle East, Singapore and Australia, and most of the EU workday. Sprint reviews shift to your core hours on request.
Every project is quoted as fixed-milestone deliverables. You see the scope, timeline and cost in writing before anything starts. Invoice in USD, EUR, GBP or AED via Wise, Payoneer or SWIFT. Proper tax invoices accepted by US, UK, EU and UAE auditors.
On final payment you own 100% of the code, deployment credentials and documentation. We sign an NDA before the first discovery call on request. We do not retain IP, do not reuse your code with any other client, and have no vendor-lock mechanisms.
Everything in writing is in English — proposals, documentation, code comments, demos. Both founders (Ritik & Kartik Jattu) are on every project, not a sales team that hands you off to juniors. One Slack channel, one point of contact, one accountable team.
We ship in two-week sprints. At the end of each sprint you see a working demo deployed to a staging URL — not slides, not Figma. If a direction isn't working, you can redirect at the sprint boundary with no change-order drama.
Every project includes 12 months of bug-fix and technical support after go-live. Optional annual maintenance plans cover monitoring, backups, security patching and feature upgrades. 24/7 support available for production systems.

We follow GDPR-friendly practices by default: data minimisation, encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access, and audit logs. For regulated workloads (HIPAA, SOC2, PCI) we scope the compliance requirements into milestones and work with your auditor. Data residency can be set to your region (EU, US, UAE, India).
Yes — most clients do. We often start with a 2-sprint MVP (4 weeks) to validate the direction, then expand into a full build or a monthly dedicated-team arrangement. There is no long-term commitment, and you can stop after any sprint.
Yes. After a signed NDA and a discovery call, we can arrange a reference call with past clients working in a similar domain. We don't publish client names on the website out of respect for their confidentiality.
